Yes. We offer fabric swatches so you can experience the texture and color before placing a full order.

Swatches are shipped separately and typically arrive within 6–9 business days.

Swatch orders are non-returnable.

What’s the difference between ready-made and custom drapes? +

Ready-made drapes are pre-sized and ship more quickly, while custom drapes are made to order based on your exact measurements and design selections.

Custom drapes offer greater flexibility in size, fabric, lining, and header style, making them ideal for a tailored fit.

How do I measure for my drapes? +

We provide a step-by-step measurement guide to help you get accurate results before placing your order.

Can I return custom curtains? +

Custom curtains are made to order and are not eligible for return due to change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by BGment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days for shipping.

The total estimated delivery time is 14–20 business days.
